This isn't a "cold call from a script" job. This is a creative, hybrid role where you’ll blend sales strategy with genuine community engagement and analysis.
- You are an extension of Coash: Represent our brand to attorneys, law firms, and litigation experts across the region, while maintaining relationships with our existing clients.
- Cultivate Opportunities: Identify new business through authentic networking, referrals, client visits and high-level outreach to help grow our presence in the marketplace.
- Collaborate on Growth: Work with our Video Team to create engaging campaigns and attend industry events and video content.
- Drive Strategy: Use CRM insights to help us refine how we grow and better serve our partners. You’ll track your activity and report your performance to the management team.
- The "Consultant" Mindset: You know how to listen first and close deals by solving real problems.
- Exceptional Communication: You enjoy and can talk to anyone, from a paralegal to a senior partner, with professionalism and heart.
