Service & Sales Representative (Route-Based) – Phoenix, AZ

Auto-Chlor System has been serving the commercial food service industry for over 85 years, and we’re hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing, route-based role supporting restaurants, kitchens, and commercial facilities. If you enjoy working independently, building relationships, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, this role may be a great fit.

After paid training, you’ll manage a set customer route using a company vehicle. Your day includes:

• Visiting customers face-to-face and professionally representing Auto-Chlor
• Restocking chemical products and supplies
• Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers our customers lease from us
• Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues (training provided)
• Upselling products and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Working in back-of-house kitchen environments that require bending, lifting, and physical activity

Someone who is comfortable in busy kitchen environments, enjoys customer interaction, and likes seeing the results of their work each day will thrive in this role.

• Anticipated annual earnings: $55,000–$65,000 ($23/hour + guaranteed overtime + on-call pay)
• 40–45 hours per week
• Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–4:30 PM)
• On-call rotation every 8–12 weeks
