Job Description About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Licensed Outbound Sales Consultant for a direct hire role.
Pay Rate$21/hr + an uncapped incentive plan.
TrainingM-F 9:00am-5:30pm MST. Training is hybrid (M-W in office, Th-F at home). There will be 3 weeks of technical training and then 4 weeks of pod/nesting training (7 weeks total).
Post Training ScheduleHybrid, M-W in office and Th-F day-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm MST.
Here's what you'll accomplish as a member of the Outbound team- Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering data from customers to generate quotes and ultimately bind the business; in some instances, make outbound calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while educating customers regarding coverages and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate option
- Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities
- Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented – You set ambitious goals and chase them relentlessly.
- Customer-focused – You build trust and tailor solutions with empathy.
- Tech-savvy & adaptable – You navigate systems with ease and embrace change.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment preferred.
- HSD or equivalent
- Must have active AZ Resident Property & Casualty and/or Personal Lines license
- Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals
- A drive to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry
- Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks
- Direct sales skills, and the aptitude to influence customers and close the sale
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to adapt communication style to each phone call, and explain complex policy and coverage information in understandable terms
- Must be eligible to obtain non-resident property and casualty license in all required states
