- Generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct site visits and consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical sales field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
