Regional Sales Manager - Phoenix, AZWe know you've heard of us! Car Keys Express is growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. In the past five years, we’ve grown from 60 employees to over 400. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 8 years. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Professional to help play an important part in our growth.
You’ll enjoy the stability and excitement which comes from working with a successful company undergoing a major expansion.
ResponsibilitiesDuties Critical to Success:
- Strong communication and networking skills required
- Ability to close accounts
- Management experience in a dealership and/or B2B territory sales experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Good organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter
Job Standards and Requirements:
- Professional appearance
- 5+ years Dealership Sales Management experience selling within short sales cycles
- Majority of role will be with travel. This territory covers Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
- Must currently live in the Phoenix Metro area

Compensation:
AGGRESSIVE PAY PLAN--NO CAP on earnings potential. Salary plus commission with target compensation of $200,000+. Opportunities for advancement mean virtually unlimited earning potential.
