The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial sales products and outside sales. This position is responsible for maintaining and growing an existing customer base, developing new customer relationships, and supporting management in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies.
This role works closely with vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, and end users and requires regular engagement in the field. The successful candidate will represent the company at regional events and trade shows and will travel within the local region to support business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of sales experience, including at least three (3) years of outside sales experience in a commercial sales environment. An excellent driving record is required, as a company-owned demo vehicle will be provided.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow an assigned customer base while developing new commercial accounts
- Build and sustain strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, and end users
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Support management with the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives
- Attend and represent the company at regional events and trade shows
- Travel locally to meet with customers and support sales and relationship-building efforts
- Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with customers, internal teams, and management
- Demonstrate strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information, expectations, and next steps
- Effectively utilize electronic forms of communication, including email, CRM platforms, messaging tools, and other company-approved systems
- Provide timely and thorough follow-up on customer inquiries, quotes, and active opportunities
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the company’s CRM or reporting tools
- Submit required reports on time, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
- Proactively communicate challenges, opportunities, and market feedback to management
- Demonstrate accountability, transparency, and attention to detail in all communications and reporting
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience in a commercial sales environment
- Strong organizational, time-management, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Base salary plus commission
