National Sales Recruiter II at Total Quality Logistics — We're Hiring! The Fast Track Sales Program at TQL provides an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader, offering award-winning culture, high earning potential with uncapped commission, and opportunities for compensation and advancement. Relocation to Cincinnati, Ohio is provided to train with senior brokers, with relocation coverage again after training to a TQL office nationwide.

Our in-class and mentorship program covers sales, logistics and supply chain management.

POSITION IS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI — PAID RELOCATION PROVIDED.

• $50,000–$55,000 minimum compensation in the first year based on education
• Includes base salary, sign-on bonus and housing allowance
• Uncapped commission opportunity
• Our average sales representative reaches six figures after three years

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Assist your account executive in solving customer needs, finding carriers for time-sensitive freight and managing daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
