We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Leader at Custom Controls of Arizona.
This is not a transactional sales role.
It’s a leadership role inside revenue.
At Custom Controls AZ, our growth is built on trust, technical credibility, and long-term relationships. We are looking for a senior sales professional who understands that presence, curiosity, and judgment drive durable revenue — not pressure tactics.

What this role really requires:- That means knowing when to push and when to pause.
- Being comfortable saying “I’ll find out” instead of bluffing.
- Understanding that long-term relationships outperform short-term closes.
- Leading conversations with calm confidence.
We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience selling complex or consultative solutions — ideally someone who has worked alongside technical teams and enjoys building fluency in the systems and environments our customers operate in.
You do not need to be a technical expert on day one.
You do need to be intellectually curious, disciplined with pipeline management, and strong in executive communication.
What success looks like in 12–18 months:- Trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Strong internal collaboration with engineering and delivery
- Customers who say: “They really get us.”
