• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
• Run reports to verify accuracy of provided insurance and driving history information
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed

• Must obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s License within the first 15 business days of employment
• Prior sales experience is ideal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
• Proven ability to multi‑task efficiently with speed and accuracy
• Familiarity with company guidelines and the ability to communicate them effectively
• Participation in sales meetings, seminars, or educational activities to stay current with market trends
