Required:
+ Bachelor Degree required
+ Minimum5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience
+ Very strong communication skills anddemonstratedclinical acumen.
+ Strong ability to collaborate,innovate and deliver results.
+ Valid drivers license
Preferred
+ Experience in Psoriasis or other Immunologic Disease States including but not limited to Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
+ IV or Sub Q Biologic selling experience (includes Oncology)
+ Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment
+ Dermatology selling experience
+ Biologic launch experience
+ Experience selling in a highly competitive environment

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
+ Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
+ Responsible for the understanding andutilizationof sales reports, CRM, and forecasts
+ Responsible fortimelycall reporting tasks.
+ Responsible for managing Sales budgets within their territory
+ Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Reports to Regional Sales Manager
INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS:
Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, anda high levelof professionalism are essential.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $118,000-$164,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance;
401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
