Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Sales Consultant, where you will own and manage a dedicated portfolio of clients while actively seeking out and establishing new customer relationships. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver long‑lasting value through strategic engagement in the digital healthcare arena.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with your clients to uncover growth opportunities, optimize digital purchasing and engagement strategies, and achieve defined outcomes. You will also work cross‑functionally with our sales, operations, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Your daily interactions will allow you to drive the execution and development of our eCommerce strategy, focusing on promoting adoption, driving growth, and improving retention within your client segment. This role primarily targets the digital healthcare space, requiring a solid understanding of healthcare environments, digital engagement models, and eCommerce solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, focusing on customer strategy, retention, and growth
  • Identify and acquire new customers within the digital healthcare segment
  • Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Explore and implement opportunities to boost revenue through innovative digital solutions and eCommerce capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions and fulfill performance commitments
  • Promote customer adoption and optimization of digital tools, platforms, and services
  • Influence and execute the eCommerce strategy through daily customer engagement and insights
  • Maintain precise pipeline management, forecasting, and customer documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales, eCommerce, consulting, or account management
  • Experience in healthcare, digital healthcare, or digital commerce environments is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in managing a portfolio and achieving both new customer acquisition and growth in existing accounts
  • Experience working cross‑functionally to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Willingness to travel is less than 25% of the time
  • Strong product or solution knowledge relevant to the digital segment
  • A valid driver's license is required

  • Mentorship and guidance may be provided to less experienced colleagues.

Anticipated Pay Range: $121,714 - $156,342 (includes targeted variable pay)
