• Drive new customer growth across a large, untapped market
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers
• Develop sales strategies, proposals, and technical presentations
• Interpret blueprints/specs to design solutions and generate quotes
• Partner internally to ensure strong execution and customer success

• Background in engineering, construction, or a technical field
• Ability to read plans/blueprints
• Strong communication skills with a hunter mentality
