Sales Executive | Enterprise Accounts

Overview

ADP is hiring a Sales Executive to lead a field-based sales team and drive revenue for ADP solutions—including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits—across multiple product lines.

• Grow business and manage the sales team to meet sales goals within the assigned geography.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team, ensuring compliance with the Salesforce Automation System and audit processes.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing continuous performance feedback and coaching.
• Represent ADP to customers, prospects, trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars, staying current on product technology.

• 2+ years of business‑to‑business sales experience with a proven track record; strong presentation and client interaction skills.
• Excellent coaching and relationship‑building abilities, capable of delivering performance feedback.
• High level of integrity and consistency in meeting commitments.
• Expert planning and multitasking skills; strong time‑management and prioritization.
• College degree is preferred but not required; alternative experience includes 2+ years sales or sales‑management experience or military experience.

• Prior experience leading and managing sales teams.

• Base salary range $76,100.00 – $ per year plus bonus, equity, or commissions.
