This position is responsible for the sale of Pro‑Vigil services in a specified region or major geographical area and provides ongoing support and management of Pro‑Vigil Sales Representatives within the region.
Responsibilities- Provides quality leadership for Pro‑Vigil’s customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Pro‑Vigil’s values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
- Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Pro‑Vigil services as they are sold into all customer segments within Region.
- Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
- Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to Pro‑Vigil’s customers.
- Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
- Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda preparation.
- Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
- Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Manages the Sales Representatives regarding performance, coaching, mentoring, and
- Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
- Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
- Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Report to and work with the Chief Revenue Officer on sales initiatives and goals.
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrates record of achievement in a supervisory or management role, preferably leading a sales team
- Working knowledge of construction companies and dealerships within an assigned sales territory is desired
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
- Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skill
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high growth environment
- Ability to follow directions and accepted methods/practices while also helping to define, develop and implement new methods/practices
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Proven capability to get things done and to achieve results
- Excellent organization and time management capabilities
- Computer literate with knowledge of and proficiency in CRM, and Google Suite of applications.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business management preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a sales management role
- Able and willing to travel 50% of the time
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
