Sales Development Rep/SDR
What You’ll Do
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving qualified leads and revenue generation for NASM and AFAA. These sales generating opportunities will be accomplished through utilizing our social media, email automation, and phone campaigns. The SDR will be responsible for the development of new, existing, and re‑engagement of disqualified leads. The SDR will also be responsible for communication targeted at existing NASM and AFAA customers to encourage repeat business.
The SDR will work with sales, marketing, operations, and other key personnel throughout the organization to identify opportunities and develop better marketing communication to our existing customer base and will assist with adjusting messaging in our marketing efforts.
This position will work hybrid out of the Gilbert, AZ office.
How You’ll Spend Your Time- Manage sales opportunities from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Phone channels and Email channels.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Manage priorities and efforts of Phone, Social Media and Email Marketing campaigns to quickly distribute sales opportunities to the sales team.
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting on Phone and Email Marketing efforts to improve messaging to customer base.
- Distribution of qualified sales opportunities to the sales team.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with a proven record of success.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and team members.
- Resourceful problem‑solver who can think laterally and critically to leverage opportunities within a variety of sales channels.
- Team player who can effectively collaborate and build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and constituents to deliver desired outcomes.
- Effectively communicate with partners and customers across all cultures.
- Attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize task.
