Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and client relationship management.
- Industry experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone with excellent people skills, a passion for building relationships, and a willingness to learn.
- A degree is a bonus, but not required.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and personal accountability.
- Passion for developing professional relationships within the design-build community, including builders, architects, designers, and homeowners.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Generating new business opportunities and selling smart home, audio/video, security, networking, and electrical projects.
- Managing incoming leads and opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
- Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, architects, and other industry professionals.
- Representing Performance Audio Video with professionalism and integrity.
- Learning and helping improve our business development strategy.
- Identifying opportunities to expand our presence within the luxury home, construction, and design communities.
- Meeting clients onsite to assess their technology needs and develop solutions.
- Collaborating with our team to create customized proposals.
- Guiding clients through the consultation and sales process while ensuring a smooth handoff to project management and service teams.
- Networking, attending industry events, and cultivating referral partnerships to generate new business.
- Following up on leads, maintaining CRM records, and helping ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
