We are seeking independent manufacturer’s representatives or experienced territory sales professionals to represent the Duro-Last product line in select territories. Position Overview
The Independent Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and growing the Duro-Last business within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building relationships with commercial roofing contractors, architects, consultants, and building owners to drive specification and installation of Duro-Last roofing systems.
This opportunity is ideal for an established manufacturer’s representative or sales professional with strong relationships in the commercial roofing or building envelope industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial roofing contractors and distributors
- Promote Duro-Last roofing systems to architects, consultants, engineers, and building owners
- Identify and track commercial roofing opportunities within the territory
- Assist contractors with project identification, product selection, and bid support
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and educational seminars
- Support contractors during the specification, bidding, and ordering process
- Collaborate with Duro-Last technical and customer service teams to ensure project success
- Grow specification activity and convert projects to installed Duro-Last systems
- Experience in commercial roofing, construction materials, or building envelope sales
- Existing relationships with commercial roofing contractors, architects, or consultants
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and grow a regional territory
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently
- Manufacturer’s rep agency experience is a plus
