What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to QSR and franchise clients by delivering customized insurance and risk management strategies aligned to their business objectives.
  • Build and strengthen executive‑level relationships while ensuring a world‑class client experience.
  • Lead ongoing program execution with a focus on operational excellence, measurable outcomes, and long‑term client retention.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and carrier partners to deliver innovative, client‑centric solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the QSR and franchise marketplace.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging risks to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
  • Support business development efforts through consultative presentations, industry networking, and relationship expansion.
  • Represent Marsh at conferences, trade associations, and industry events as a visible ambassador of the brand.
  • Help shape the future direction of the affinity practice through strategic thinking, market insight, and operational leadership.
  • Partner with leadership to enhance service offerings and expand market presence.
  • Contribute ideas that improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
  • Support and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with colleagues across sales, service, analytics, and operations to deliver exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in insurance, affinity programs, franchise operations, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the QSR, hospitality, or franchise ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships and growing strategic accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment with national exposure.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $120,500 to $256,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
