Members Sales & Service Specialist - Arcadia

We are looking for a long‑term employee who can grow with our organization and become a part of our community.
THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL ROLE.

We are seeking someone confident and energetic with a passion for selling and customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, positive, enthusiastic, and is eager to build relationships with teammates and members.

• Respond to customer emails, text messages, and phone calls, always answering the phone and returning communications the same day; forward issues to management when necessary.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow‑up, membership sales, and intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in person, over the phone, and via messaging platforms.
• Conduct tours of the facility while engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and assigned KPIs.
• Achieve personal and studio‑level sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all media.
• Comfortable with public speaking to groups of up to 12 individuals.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal‑oriented with the ability to meet membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Team player who adapts to a fast‑paced, diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to eight hours during the workday.
• Hearing sufficient to understand spoken conversations.
• Reliable transportation to the studio and occasional off‑site events.

• Starting at $15.15 per hour plus commissions.
