Counter Sales Associate

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate
. This role supports our leading North American distribution of professional contractor supplies for major construction projects, including stadiums, roads, bridges, highways, and residential housing.

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information to customers. Pull orders as required.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications, provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and help resolve customer problems.
• Upsell by identifying related products, add‑on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
