Business Development Manager

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales or business development experience required; 8+ years strongly preferred
• Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, multifamily, or related industry experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to generate leads, prospect independently, and close new corporate accounts
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
• Strong networking, relationship‑building, and communication skills
• Skilled at overcoming objections and navigating complex sales conversations
• Self‑motivated with a strong “hunter” mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
• Customer‑focused with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to service
• Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems and sales tools; experience with Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus
• Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing business and client needs
• Reliable transportation required for daily networking events, client meetings, and sales appointments

• Prospect heavily daily and manage a designated geographic territory to uncover new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with relocation consultants, HR professionals, executive assistants, global mobility contacts, and other key decision‑makers
• Conduct guided tours of luxury furnished apartment communities and showcase hospitality‑driven services and amenities
• Promote flexible‑stay housing solutions across industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, finance, insurance, retail, entertainment, and sports
• Develop and expand existing corporate relationships to increase account growth and referrals
• Track outreach efforts, pipeline activity, and sales progress through CRM reporting and communication with leadership
• Achieve and exceed individual and community sales goals
• Collaborate closely with on‑site teams and leadership to ensure an exceptional experience for prospects, partners, clients, and residents
• Represent the brand professionally within the local business community through networking and relationship‑building initiatives
