Field Sales Representative

In‑Home Sales & Tech Support (Full‑Time)

We’re looking for an entry‑level, local in‑home field role that requires daily travel to customer residences. The position is full time, 5 days per week, from 12:05pm to 9:00pm.

Pay: $24.55per hour with mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and uncapped sales commission. Base hourly rate is guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi‑weekly.

As an In‑Home Sales & Tech Support you will be on the front lines helping customers through our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. After paid training you will work independently in the field, building skills in communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving.

• Serve:
  Meet customers at their homes or offices. Provide exceptional customer service and work to surpass sales targets.
• Solve:
  Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues and provide a clear solution.
• Sell:
  Use the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model and your negotiation skills to present tailored product solutions and close sales.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and a satisfactory record.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (except motorcycles) and personal cellphone.
• Ability to travel up to 120miles one way, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
• Comfort with pets and diverse household environments.
• Out‑going and keen to learn new skills across career paths.
