Overview

In-Home Sales & Tech Support – Part Time. This is a local, in‑home field role that requires daily travel to customer residences. Pay Rate: $26.55 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and sales commission.

• Standard full‑time schedule: 4:05PM–9:00PM, 5 days a week.
• Flexible option (available in select markets): 4+ days per week, at least 25 hours of availability, with at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts run from 12:05PM to 9:00PM.

• Meet customers in their homes or at other locations as scheduled.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport.
• Diagnose and resolve tech issues using the Serve‑Solve‑Sell™ model.
• Educate customers on product solutions and upsell appropriate accessories.
• Leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to meet sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to improve performance.

• Entry‑level experience, comfortable in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (motorcycles excluded). Personal vehicle required, except in Manhattan.
• Personal cellphone to receive updates while on the job.
• Comfortable with travel distances up to 120 miles one‑way.
• Goal‑oriented, persuasive communication, adaptable, and open‑minded.
• Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working around household pets.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked; paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance; paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines; paid weekly.
• 35‑dollar phone stipend; paid monthly.
• Three weeks paid training.
• Early access to earned pay.
