The Field Service Representative (FSR) will always work with integrity, demonstrate a desire to serve others, and possess the ability to solve problems. The FSR is responsible for promoting Ram Products and providing products and services to customers in a designated area.

• Account Service: servicing existing accounts to grow revenue, develop relationships, expand product line, and demonstrate products.
• Administrative Duties: operating within the ERP and CRM systems as well as accurately bill, restock and maintain inventory levels of our products.
• Product Knowledge and Business Development: develop a working knowledge of general product categories through training and on-the-job experience.
• Understanding: understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions.
• Deliver: deliver exceptional customer service.
• Sales and Service: conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services.

• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
• Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Willing to travel up to 25%. This could mean up to one week per month of out-of-town travel.
• Industrial experience is a plus!

• High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate.
• A valid divers license with excellent driving record.
• To be able to lift 25-50 pounds on customer calls.
• To be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug test.
