We are a growing commercial fire protection company seeking a motivated outside sales representative to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships throughout the Phoenix market.

We are looking for a self-driven salesperson who can build relationships, prospect new customers, and generate recurring business opportunities in the commercial facilities market.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build customer relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable prospecting, networking, and developing sales opportunities
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple customers and proposals
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Experience in outside sales, commercial service sales, construction sales, HVAC, security/alarm systems, fire protection, or related industries preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Phoenix area
Industry Experience

Fire protection industry experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for strong sales professionals who know how to build relationships, develop business opportunities, and close sales. We will train the right candidate on industry-specific products, services, and technical knowledge.

Compensation package includes base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial customer relationships
  • Generate repair proposals from inspection deficiencies
  • Sell inspection and monitoring agreements
  • Meet with property managers, facility managers, contractors, and business owners
  • Conduct site visits and identify sales opportunities
  • Follow up on proposals and maintain customer communication
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain organized pipeline and sales activity tracking
Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

  • Construction or facilities services sales

Technical fire protection experience is helpful but not required for the right sales candidate.
