Responsibilities- Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements, handle customer inquiries, and ensure revenue generation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.
- Partner daily with the Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and deliver an excellent total customer experience.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, qualify customer needs, secure profitable solutions, and introduce new technology and services, clearly illustrating their value.
- Negotiate contract terms favorable to the company while meeting customer requirements, and develop and implement sales strategies aligned with product strategies and market conditions.
- Prepare estimates, communicate proposals, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the elevator industry or related field.
- Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record.
- Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding relationships.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Motivated, resilient, and customer‑focused mindset aligned with Schindler’s values.
- Experience with SAP and a results‑driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for travel and customer interactions.
