Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Workshop Leader to join our Peak Performance Strategist (FSR) field sales team. In this traveling role you will sell Tony Robbins’ flagship "Unleash the Power Within" event to companies and teams nationwide.
This is a traveling role. You will facilitate live, in‑person workshops and sales seminars throughout the year in various markets and sell via Zoom during non‑travel months.
CoreDuties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑energy and impactful group peak performance workshops (live and/or virtual) to salespeople, business owners and other leaders.
- Influence clients to take action and enroll in "Unleash the Power Within" through workshops and scheduled follow‑ups with individual clients.
- Prospect alongside partnered in‑house National Coordinators to schedule qualified meetings.
- Build a book of business and develop deal pipelines based nationwide and on specific territories.
- Set your own appointments, generate referrals, and manage your sales funnel.
- Manage admin associated with ongoing sales (i.e., signed agreements, sending appropriate communications to clientele, transfers, refunds, referrals, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency with the Tony Robbins brand.
- Travel the country throughout the year (New York, Dallas, Palm Beach, Los Angeles).
- Surpass the minimum expectation of 100 tickets sold in the first cycle, 125 tickets in the second cycle, 150+ tickets each cycle thereafter (minimum 3 tickets sold per field sales event).
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management.
- Provide feedback to improve marketing efforts to increase lead generation and conversion.
- You must have a minimum of 5+ years track record as a top salesperson within field sales/group sales/front‑of‑room sales.
- You must be a top closer who knows how to wield strategic closes, overcome objections, and move a room & group of people to take action.
- You must be able to travel throughout the year and facilitate live, in‑person FSR workshops and sales seminars.
- You must have a pulse on your metrics & KPIs to measure & grow your performance and ultimately the impact you make in the role.
- Only US‑based citizens or green card holders are eligible for this role.
- Competitive commission and bonus structure (120k+ OTE in the first year).
