Virtual Account Manager
Job OverviewThe Virtual Account Manager implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VAM will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.
Responsibilities- Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
- Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
- Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
- Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve goals, as well as understand local & regional market trends for virtual territory.
- Minimum 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Minimum 1+ years specialty sales experience;
Hepatology preferred. - Demonstrated history of documented and consistent achievement of sales performance.
- 1+ years virtual sales experience strongly preferred.
- Expert selling skills and strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to apply disease-state and product knowledge effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts.
- Ability to provide disease-state awareness, profile and patient identification, and document key account dynamics, customer needs, and relevant market information.
- Strong preference for bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog.
