This is an entry‑level position and does not require sales experience—just a great, outgoing attitude and a drive to earn as much as possible.
Parker and Sons is hiring Sales Lead Generators in our retail partner stores. Our Sales Lead Generators work at partner retail locations, greeting and engaging with customers face‑to‑face, and generating interest in scheduling residential air conditioning and/or water treatment maintenance and replacement appointments for our sales department.
Starting base pay of $18.00 per hour with additional uncapped commissions that can put you at $25.00–$50.00 per hour and beyond. Positions are part‑time and full‑time, starting at 20 hours per week with one weekend day required. This is not a remote or call center position.

- Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
- Walk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs
- Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information about the customers’ individual needs
- Schedule an appointment for a sales consultant to visit the customer’s home to provide estimates for product and services
- Build rapport and relationships with the store’s leadership team
- Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
- Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
- Prior experience working in retail is highly desired but not required
- Required to stand, walk or sit for 4–8 hours at a time
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated
- A+ communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to use a smartphone for email and text
- No HVAC or water treatment experience required
- Willing to undergo a background check
