Role Summary

We’re looking for a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our ever‑evolving Genius® team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will sell Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.

Responsibilities
  • Sell Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
  • Stay current on the fintech landscape, industry trends, and product updates to position yourself as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Deliver consultative, value‑based presentations both in‑person and virtually to demonstrate how Genius® helps businesses streamline payments, improve operations, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services. (One full year of B2B or B2C outside sales experience.)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable selling both face‑to‑face and virtually.
  • High energy, self‑motivated, and competitive, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Enjoys being in the field 75% of the time with a valid driver’s license.
  • Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location.
  • It’s a bonus if you have a mindset to upsell and cross‑sell existing merchants on new features, software add‑ons, and hardware upgrades.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.
  • Two full years of B2B outside sales experience.
Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000 per year. Residual Income:
Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build. Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $90k‑150k plus. Your total compensation will depend on your skills, performance, and territory.
