We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager, Premium Service within the Ticket Sale and Service Department. This position will be responsible for engaging top businesses in the Phoenix area to service our most premium club spaces and sell suite rental & group opportunities. The Account Manager, Premium Service's primary focus will be engaging current clients to optimize experience, renew their premium book of business and driving new business via referrals, cross-sells and face-to-face meetings, with the ability to sell full menu.
YourRole on the Team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients through proactive communication, strategic account management, and a high-touch service approach
- Drive retention and revenue growth through renewals, upgrades, cross-sells, referrals, and thoughtful account development strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, delivering a consultative client experience that creates long-term value
- Execute creative engagement and hospitality strategies through game-day hosting, networking events, in-market meetings, and personalized touchpoints
- Conduct in-person appointments both at the arena and throughout the Phoenix market to deepen relationships and grow business
- Meet and exceed activity benchmarks, including outbound touchpoints, face-to-face meetings, and revenue goals
- Utilize CRM and reporting tools to manage accounts, track opportunities, and drive strategic decision-making with strong operational discipline
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, service, and operations team
- Shown ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and connect with C-Level executives
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Previous working experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years sports ticket sales & service-related experience with a focus on B2B. Experience with in B2B service specifically is a plus
