Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow business opportunities across the U.S., collaborating on cross‑border opportunities as needed.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with mining operators, mine engineering teams, and procurement stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to qualify leads, create proposals, and run client workshops and demos.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, risk reviews, and technical‑commercial materials to support sales pursuits.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and on‑site ambassador for SK Godelius solutions.
- Degree in Mining, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Direct experience in the mining industry or heavy industrial environments, with an understanding of operational challenges at mine sites.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in mining, industrial automation, robotics, or advanced technology solutions.
- Proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to AI, robotics, sensing, and software solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship‑building, account management, and customer success orientation, with the ability to partner closely with clients over the long term.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Spanish a plus).
- Willingness to relocate near or travel frequently to mining operations (site‑based or regional hub living).
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
- Base salary: $90,000–$120,000 USD (depending on experience), plus commission.
- On‑target earnings (OTE) example: $130,000–$180,000 USD.
- Commission plan:
Quarterly payouts based on assigned quota; typical rep attainment details provided during the interview process. - Benefits include: 3 weeks’ vacation, medical and dental insurance, and training/education reimbursement.
