Position: Territory Sales Account Manager - Health, Corporate, Performance Vertical

Territory Sales Account Manager – Fitness & Wellness Solutions

Phoenix, AZ | $85,000-$105,000 Base Salary

Uncapped Earnings | OTE $160,000-$190,000+ | Full Benefits & 401(k) Match

We are seeking a Territory Sales Account Manager to drive business development and account growth by selling premium fitness equipment and wellness solutions throughout the Phoenix market.

This role is responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts within healthcare, rehabilitation, corporate wellness, and athletic performance organizations throughout the Phoenix territory. You'll work directly with decision makers to deliver solutions that support wellness, recovery, training, and performance initiatives across a wide range of facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Build relationships with healthcare, corporate, and performance-focused organizations
  • Conduct in-person customer and prospect meetings throughout the territory
  • Deliver presentations and solution-based sales proposals
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Manage sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Achieve territory sales, profitability, and growth objectives
  • Provide market feedback and identify new opportunities within the territory
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Experience managing a territory and full sales cycle opportunities
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Experience presenting to decision makers and executive stakeholders
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar systems
  • Ability to manage a long sales cycle and multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
