Sales Desk Manager – Dealership: L0378 Bell Road Toyota

• Manage activities of all sales staff to ensure sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.
• Train, cross‑train, and develop all sales staff.
• Ensure sales goals are attained.
• Manage daily activity & training of sales staff.
• Ensure salespeople engage with customers.
• Address and resolve customer concerns.

• 2-3 years of previous automotive sales management experience (required).
• Import experience (preferred).
• Proven track record with an exceptional CSI.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
