Copper State Bolt & Nut is seeking an experienced Industrial Inside Salesperson with project management, service, construction, and/or industrial experience to join our team. You will provide support to specific projects and customers within key industries, develop long‑term relationships, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a successful customer experience.
Responsibilities- Support customers contacting CSBN by phone, fax, e‑mail, website, or in person; greet them professionally and help them identify the right products for their applications.
- Suggest complementary products and ensure special items or quotations are processed quickly, keeping customers informed of order status.
- Enter will‑call orders in the system to give warehouse or will‑call staff sufficient time to pull and stage orders for immediate pickup.
- Confirm and expedite customer orders and quotations; follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and to secure business when quotations are submitted.
- Share sales leads with Outside Sales, Marketing, or Branch Manager; recognize new customers or opportunities for increased sales and ensure they receive outreach.
- Utilize resources of other sales employees to provide accurate product information and answer customer questions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with other sales, branch, purchasing, and accounting teams to support customers and ensure accurate P‑Os, sourcing, and credit guidelines.
- Proven work experience as Sales Assistant, Account Manager, Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
- Experience with ERP systems and data management.
- Expertise in MS Office, including intermediate or expert level in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
