As we grow our commercial sales team, we're looking for someone who can walk a roof, build relationships, and win work in a competitive market.

• Perform commercial roof inspections, takeoffs, and develop detailed scopes of work
• Sell reroofing, service/maintenance, coatings, and new construction projects
• Generate your own business through prospecting, networking, and referrals — not just waiting on leads
• Manage a pipeline, follow up on company-provided leads, and close high-value jobs
• Present polished proposals and guide customers from first conversation to signed contract
• Collaborate with estimating, production, and operations to deliver on every promise you make

• 3+ years in commercial roofing, construction, or building materials sales
• Strong working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and how to scope a job
• Comfortable on rooftops — you can walk a job and know what you re looking at
• A self-starter who doesn t need someone standing over them to hit their number
• Excellent communicator — with owners, facilities managers, and general contractors alike
• Valid driver s license
