CompensationBase Pay Range: $71,196 - $88,842. Targeted Annual Commission: $26,400.
Job FunctionsAs a Hyundai Retention Product Specialist, your essential job functions include:
- Account Management: Manage portfolio to meet sales and productivity goals across parts and service products; build and nurture relationships with dealership management; create awareness and communicate initiatives and program value; implement Dealer Tire solutions; deliver market review plans; communicate strategies and action plans; collaborate on performance improvement; maintain consistent monthly contact schedule; manage activity tracking in Salesforce; submit reports to sales management.
- Operational Management: Orchestrate and coordinate activities; diagnose opportunities; reinforce processes; drive service advisor effectiveness and retail strategies through coaching and training; identify training needs; develop strategies and tactics for Effective Selling Strategy; conduct market competitive shop analysis; set competitive pricing; perform inventory analysis; optimize merchandising; share best practices; use data and analytics to review performance and facilitate dealership meetings; resolve customer service issues.
- Other Duties: As assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3years of experience in retail automotive operations or related environment.
- Prior experience selling and project managing a book of business.
- Skilled at prioritizing, coordinating resources, and executing.
- Full understanding of all aspects of the sales process: inventory, inspection, training, selling/retaining; ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Strong customer‑relationship skills and ability to sell at the top.
- Located in the assigned territory.
- Proficient at all Microsoft Office products.
