Requirements What We're Looking For- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience working internet leads and CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Self-motivated and highly driven to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
