As a Senior Chanel Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. You will leverage your expertise in building and nurturing relationships with channel partners to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions that contribute to revenue success and market expansion.

In this role, you will impact the company’s success by developing and executing channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand Honeywell’s market presence. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate effectively with channel partners will be essential to positioning the company as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners by providing product training, support, and guidance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

You Must Have
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
