Territory Sales Manager
We are looking for a top-notch Outside Sales Professional with experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or rental equipment for our Phoenix branch. This person will work a sales territory in the Phoenix surrounding areas to help with the commercial sales or leasing of storage containers. You’ll be working within a protected territory and receiving leads from inside reps to close deals with clients.
Our commission structure is aggressive, and the demand for our services is growing quickly. We need you to help support and grow our constantly expanding client base.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a high volume of cold onsite face‑to‑face calls to secure new business.
- Make face‑to‑face appointments, presentations, and visits to prospective clients.
- Present and sell company products and services to new customers.
- Set follow‑up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Accurately document all activities in CRM program and appropriate reports.
- Identify competitors in the field and their customers.
Skills Needed for Success:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent in‑person presence and personality.
Required Qualifications:
- Two years minimum experience in rental equipment/construction equipment sales or other related fields.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Very proficient in the English language.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Authorized for employment in the United States (sponsor ships not available).
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, various hours depending on summer/winter season.
- First‑year guaranteed income plus a commission structure.
- Usage of company car.
