Position: Event Sales Specialist (SDR) - Phoenix, AZ

Location: On-Site Sales Team in Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission (Annual 1st year OTE: 90k-120k+)

What You’ll Do
  • Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins' transformational events, beginning with Unleash the Power Within and expanding across the full event portfolio
  • Lead powerful discovery conversations with clients seeking real breakthrough
  • Build emotional leverage and guide clients toward decisive action
  • Operate inside a high-performance, on‑site outbound sales floor in Scottsdale
  • Engage warm leads inside the Robbins Research database and build referral pipelines from past clients
  • Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
  • Track and own your performance through KPIs, scoreboards, and conversion metrics
  • Compete, win, and grow on a team built around mastery
Daily Activity Expectations
  • 80–100+ outbound calls per day at minimum
  • Top performers run higher — 100–150+ — and earn accordingly
  • Disciplined follow‑up, urgency, and structured pipeline ownership
Who Thrives Here
  • 2+ years of outbound, high‑ticket, or high‑volume sales — OR 4+ years in any consultative sales environment
  • Comfortable with high‑volume outbound and rejection‑heavy environments
  • Backgrounds that translate well: high‑ticket sales, coaching/program enrollment, event sales, fitness/membership sales, solar, home improvement, real estate, insurance, financial services, or any commission‑driven team sales floor
  • Resilient performers who treat rejection as data, not defeat
