Sales Representative, Business Development, Account Manager
About the role
As an Account Executive, you will drive growth by forging new client partnerships and guiding them towards achieving their business objectives through our innovative technology solutions. You will be expected to have exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering client‑centric experiences that elevate our Enterprise & Corporate organization to new heights.
Along the way, you will get to:
- Successfully complete the Field Sales Academy program within the first 12 months.
- Achieve annual sales quota by building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and identifying and opening new accounts based on geographic, strategic pipeline, and annual competitive opportunity analyses.
- Master the various sales tools provided (Linked In Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM, internal quoting systems, etc.) to maintain a healthy solutions pipeline, achieve bookings quota, and manage client feedback.
- Rotate throughout the various functions (Marketing, Finance, Sales Support & Delivery, etc.) within Insight to understand the business cycles and motions, and develop deep subject‑matter expertise in a specific industry vertical (Healthcare, Government, etc.).
The ideal candidate will bring the following background and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Foundational understanding of sales execution, consumer behavior, and a desire to own a book of business/customer base to drive organizational revenue and profitability.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with knowledge in channel management.
- Innovativeness, tenacity, and problem‑solving abilities in identifying new client prospects through marketing initiatives and in‑person visits.
