How the Program WorksThree stages. 100 days. Zero cost to you.
Free Training (Days 1–10). Live, instructor-led sessions on Zoom, Mon–Thu evenings. B2B sales fundamentals, cold outreach, CRM tools, and a Zoom Info Certification. No tuition. No loans.
Paid Residency (Days 11–100). You'll work full-time at a partner company as a W-2 employee of SV Academy — $2,500/month base plus 100% of commissions earned. Daily coaching from SV Academy mentors and your partner company's sales leadership.
Full-Time Offer (Day 100). Transfer directly onto the partner's payroll. Up to $90K–$100K total annual comp. Full benefits on Day 1.

Requirements- Full-time availability during the 100-day program
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Available for evening training sessions (first 2 weeks, Mon–Thu, 6–9 pm ET/PT)
- Located in or able to commute to a partner site for the hybrid Residency portion
