A leading specialty biopharmaceutical company is hiring a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to cover the Desert Southwest territory, spanning Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding areas.

The product has no FDA-approved competitor, patent protection until 2039, and is tracking toward $1 billion in annual revenue this year. A second asset in the same therapeutic area is currently in Phase 3. The growth story is real and the earnings reflect it.

• Multi-state regional responsibility across Utah, Arizona and surrounding geographies
• Direct specialist sales to cardiologists and HCPs across the territory
• Collaboration with territory-level Clinical Sales Reps within your region
• Field-based with regular travel across a large and varied geography

• Base salary $175,000 - $200,000
• $68,000 targeted incentive compensation, uncapped, paid quarterly
• RSUs and stock options (stock price has approximately doubled in the past 12 months)
• Company Volvo and all travel expenses covered

• Specialty pharmaceutical sales background - cardiology or rare disease strongly preferred
• Experience managing or working across multi-state territories
• Based in the Desert Southwest region and networked with local cardiologists
• Driven by earnings and results, not by career ladder progression
