Job Title: Treasury Management Sales Advisor

Location: Biltmore

What You'll Do

As a Treasury Management Sales Advisor, you will be responsible at the divisional level for developing Treasury Management business, expanding existing business relationships, and delivering Treasury Management services to new and existing customers. You will build strong partnerships with sales partners and Relationship Managers to support the sales cycle and assist in designing new Treasury Management services.

  • Support the Treasury Management Sales Team in managing all elements of the Treasury Management sales cycle, including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, and closing of sale. Retain and grow the customer portfolio with ongoing service reviews, regular calls, and industry training.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment, and service issues. Use this knowledge to design customer‑centric Treasury Management solutions and provide consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle, while delivering industry and product training to internal and external audiences.
  • Prepare reporting on portfolio performance, exception pricing management, Commercial Card portfolio, and general ad‑hoc sales needs.
  • Assist in creating marketing pitch decks, preparing sales proformas, and crafting client annual reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
  • 1+ year(s) of related experience in the financial industry, branch or Treasury Management support, or a related field. Completion of a credit training program is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Entry to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, industry standards, and practices.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
