NSC has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a BDM, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Business Development Manager Essential Job Functions / Requirements
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruiting including client relations, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, offers, closing and relationship management
  • Develop contacts and relations with new client companies, resulting in new job order assignments
  • Report on the status of accounts
  • Monitor sales metrics
  • Skilled trades knowledge in construction and/or industrial
  • Utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies and techniques to attract key talent
  • Ability to cold call client companies and candidates and generate interest
  • Excellent project management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to prioritize, multitask and manage deadlines
