Sales Business Development

Role Overview

This is a business-to-business outside sales role focused on new client acquisition and building a local book of business with small to medium‑sized businesses, their employees, and self‑employed owners in local communities.

• Prospect new clients, set up group enrollments, and close sales using our proprietary CRM.
• Within the first 30 days become proficient in prospecting, follow‑up, and referral generation.
• Shift focus over time from new client acquisition to servicing existing clients and leveraging referrals for growth.
• Participate in regular business reviews and goal‑setting sessions to track progress and improve performance.

• No prior insurance or sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with business owners and self‑employed professionals.
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule efficiently.
