We are seeking a GYN Specialist to drive clinical and procedural excellence in the Phoenix, AZ territory, focusing on the Tru Clear portfolio and above-market growth.

• Develop strong portfolio and GYN procedural expertise with Tru Clear portfolio.
• Build clinical and procedural excellence to drive above-market growth.
• Establish strategic plans focused on GYN disease states.
• Accelerate procedural adoption through expanded indications and competitive conversions.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Engage customers on GYN disease management and patient outcomes.
• Identify and respond to market share shifts and competitive tactics.
• Implement strategies to protect and grow the business.
• Utilize advanced selling tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to drive new business.
• Lead market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, Pace programs, training, and simulation labs.

• Achieve/exceed disposable quota, including focus products.
• Achieve/exceed capital quota.
• Effective forecasting and opportunity management.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience in relevant sales/clinical/healthcare devices.
• Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience.

• 2+ years proven sales track record.
• Strong understanding of clinical environments.
• Experience building and managing key customer relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., ), forecasting, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $75,000.00 (USD) across the United States. Eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
