Fitting Specialist - Golf; Contractor - Tucson

This role supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand as a part‑time contractor in the Tucson area. The Fitting Specialist will plan, set up, and conduct fitting days in the field for their territory.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain fitting tools and equipment
• Set up and break down fitting days
• Organize orders from the fitting day for placement by the account or local Territory Sales Manager
• Keep accurate fitting records
• Serve as the point of contact for our brands for all account requests related to fitting days and follow‑up
• Conduct one‑on‑one fittings with consumers, staff, and VIP golf club members
• Participate in large‑scale brand events in collaboration with the local Territory Sales Manager to maintain outstanding relationships with accounts

Qualifications and abilities required:

• High school diploma (college degree preferred)
• Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or Flight Scope) and golf club fitting
• Basic and intermediate fitting terminology knowledge
• Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin)
• High energy, initiative, and professionalism
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capacity to conduct 40–50 events in a calendar year
• Flexibility to business needs and willingness to work weekends
