Sales Consultant, Premise-Phoenix Metro

Position Overview

Sales Consultant – area restaurants and bars. Responsible for managing sales territory for Johnson Brothers.

• Territory Management: maintain regular customer contact, plan and execute sales initiatives, resolve customer issues promptly.
• Sales: fully understand products and pricing, deliver effective sales presentations, meet company objectives, grow business and nurture new accounts.
• Servicing: conduct inventory checks, communicate orders to minimize mistakes.
• Administration: adhere to company policies, handle paperwork accurately and timely.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑ and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record, reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred; no relocation package.
• Must pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record.
